01 - Czech Local Representation, International Perspective
I support international airlines on legal matters connected with their Czech operations, whether a specific dispute, an authority's enquiry or a business decision requiring advice on Czech law.
An instruction can cover the Czech component of a wider international matter or the management of agreed local legal work. I identify the relevant legal issues, explain the available options and clarify where input from another jurisdiction or a technical specialist is needed.
The objective is to provide advice that your legal team and management can use to make an informed decision.

The scope of cooperation can reflect a single immediate need, continuing Czech legal work or the decision to outsource an agreed legal function.
Individual Matters
For a court case, regulatory response, contract review or Czech legal opinion. I undertake the agreed task, with a defined scope, deliverables and clear points at which further instructions are needed.
Ongoing Czech Legal Support
For recurring litigation or continuing legal and compliance work. I maintain continuity across instructions, build on existing knowledge of your organisation and agree priorities as new matters arise.
A Dedicated External Legal Team
For airlines without an in-house legal team, or those that prefer to outsource, I can assemble and lead an external legal team tailored to the agreed needs. I remain your primary point of contact.
03 - Working with In-House Teams & International Counsel
I can take instructions from your in-house lawyers, claims department or international counsel, or work directly with management where there is no internal legal function.
Advice and reporting can be provided in English, with Czech legal requirements explained in the context of the wider matter. I distinguish the legal assessment from factual assumptions and identify the information needed before a course of action is agreed.
At the outset, I clarify who provides instructions, which departments hold the relevant documents and which decisions require management approval. This helps connect the legal work with the airline's internal processes.
04 - Coordinated Support Across Your Czech Legal Matters
My support includes airline litigation and EU261 defence, pre-litigation correspondence and representation before Czech courts. I also assist with aviation regulatory and compliance matters, including submissions and communication with Czech authorities.
Ongoing instructions can cover airline commercial contracts, aviation cybersecurity and Part-IS, and airline data protection and GDPR. Where issues overlap, I coordinate the relevant legal work within the agreed scope.
You can engage me for one area or a combination of services. The arrangement does not require every aspect of the airline's legal work to be outsourced.
05 - Personal Involvement & Clear Reporting
You work directly with me, Mgr. František Kubečka, LL.M., an independent Czech barrister. I remain personally involved in the legal analysis, strategy and representation of the matters I accept.
Reporting focuses on material developments, deadlines, recommended action and decisions requiring your approval. For recurring work, I can provide an agreed overview of open matters, priorities and costs.
Where additional lawyers are involved, their responsibilities and the coordination of their work are agreed clearly. You know who is handling each part of the instruction and which issues require your attention.
